COFFING HOIST MAINTENANCE SCHOOL provides hands-on factory
training for technical, manufacturing and sales personnel. Held at Coffing’s
Wadesboro, NC manufacturing facility, this specialized instruction program
places students close to the products and knowledgeable personnel. The
Coffing Service School is a 3-day class covering the following topics. There
is no fee when conducted in Wadesboro for distributors.:
- Frequent and Periodic Maintenance and Inspection requirements in
accordance with ASME / ANSI B30 standards, OSHA and CMAA Specification
74.
- Understanding wiring diagrams
- Troubleshooting
- Limit switch adjustments
- Motor holding brake and mechanical load brake care and
adjustments
- Manufacturing and testing
- Complete teardown and rebuild of Coffing Electric, Hand Chain and
Lever Hoists.
- Introductions to key personnel
There is no charge for Coffing’s Service School when conducted in
Wadesboro, NC. Attendees are responsible for transportation to Charlotte and
accommodations. Coffing provides all meals for the duration of the class.
This training can be conducted on site and modified to meet customer
needs.
